Silver Fern Farms challenge was to get in front of a hyper-community level audience to recruit for seasonal workers at their sites. With a strong whanau driven focus and a requirement for workers to be physically fit, a recommendation needed to reach the 14 communities where traditional OOH options were not available.
Solution
CARTEL Media’s reach into the regional communities is achieved through a range of environments. The ones that suited the needs of this campaign were Fitness Centres and Sports Clubs.
Identifying sites in every required small community, CARTEL Media was able to utilise gyms, indoor sports centres, tennis clubs, hockey clubs and more. Utilising their network of nationwide installation resources, the campaign consisted of DOOH and static OOH panels in key dwell time positions to ensure maximum impression of this audience.
Silver Fern Farms continues to book on a regular basis with CARTEL Media when they have staffing needs arise at their locations.
